Baguley Athletic Football Club—affectionately known as The Badgers—is a progressive, community-driven football club proud to represent our local area. We are built on a foundation of hard work, professional governance, and a deep connection to the community we serve.

Driven by an ambitious three-person leadership team alongside Club Chairman and former England international David Platt, Baguley Athletic is actively transitioning into a modern, forward-thinking club with a clear elite-level focus.

Following a comprehensive restructuring of our leadership and football operations, the club has entered an exciting new era. We have modernised our entire infrastructure—from our financial oversight and commercial strategies to our match-day operations. By bringing together a dedicated committee with decades of combined experience in football administration and strategic development, we have laid down professional foundations designed to withstand the pressures of competitive, high-level non-league football.
